JMS (J. Michael Straczynski, the creator of Babylon 5), is reporting on rec.arts.sf.tv.babylon5.moderated that Richard Biggs, who played Dr. Franklin, passed away earlier today. :(

Anyone know why that message is denied to SFX? What, they give JMS a bad review or something?

JMS considers SFX "a fairly useless publication on just about every imaginable front." (source)
