Alright, we've covered a lot of "Best" categories in here, so maybe it's time for some of the "worst".
What performer, singer, rapper, musician do you hate the most. I mean with an almost murderous
passion, fingernails on the blackboard, gnaw your own leg off to escape, put me out of my god
forsaken misery kind of hate.

We can exclude the obvious; boy bands, teeny boppers, one hit jokes, anyone overhyped,
produced and marketed to vacuous teens for a 15 minute cash-in.

In other words, Ashlee Simpson.

No, anyone with an inexplicably legitimate career who makes you swallow your own tongue
in spastic revulsion when you hear them.

I've already been on about Barry Manilow in here recently so give me some time and I'll
be sure to come up with others who are equally mind-defiling.

May I genralize (sic?)? I really can't stand to whole so-called "nu-metal" genre. Those guys are really irritating. Examples: Linkin Park, System Of A Down, Limp Bizkot, Slipknot, etc. They're all just so depressingly boring!!! Rock? Don't talk to me about rock...

There's a swedish actress/singer, not known outside, named Rgina Lund, and I actually fold in pain up at the mere sight/hearing of her.

As to international stars, any given person performing in the Eurovision Song Contest, or Leonard Cohen.

System of a Down is an excellent group of musicians.

Limp Bizkit and Slipknot I can agree with, but SOAD is quality.

System of a Down isn't Nu-Metal.

Anyway.

Puddle of Mudd, Nickleback, Finger Eleven. All garbage.

A danish teen performer names Anne Gadegård, who got famous for a terrible song that she sang for Junior eurovision. My sister, whose room is next to mine, just bought her third album today.

Good thing you didn't say Nickelback

After all, it's the Chad, Zaphod's twin brother, with whom he shares 42 mothers and this piece of rock from his home planet!

The only good track I've heard with John Denver is [url=http://arago4.tn.utwente.nl/stonedead/albums-cds/sounds/sketches/john-denver.ra]"Farewell to

Thank you.

Meatloaf. He's big but he's not clever. He's a lovely guy but I hate his music with a passion.

I saw him in concert once - puts on a decent show.
I do, however, recall my teeth rattling and being able to feel the outline of each and every one of my internal organs ... thanks to Meatloaf, I now know exactly where my spleen is.

As for me... I can't stand New Country, whiny R & B, and any current teen girl/boy singer.

In addition, I happen to like Green Day, however I can understand how some could think them irritating. I still like them, though.

I think U2 stopped being relevant sometime around Joshua Tree but they maintain a sliver of
integrity so I surely couldn't classify them in the "hated" category.

Green Day come closer. They've ripped off their stage poses from the Clash and their sound from
Stiff Little Fingers and their attitude from a time and place, glorious as it was, that faded
into dreaming almost three decades ago.

I'm sorry, if you're making generic rock music that has a mass market appeal to mainstream
american teenagers...?

What the fuck is punk about that?

Hold still CJ. Okay, move to the left. Perfect. Now, don't move.

Now give me about five minutes to go up into the Sears Tower so I can drop this.
