Some have recently reported problems with their passwords on the DAC, receiving the following message when attempting to log in:
It was not possible to convert your password when updating this bulletin board’s software. Please request a new password. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.
Requesting a new password results in an automated message informing you that a new password has been emailed to you, but it seems these emails are not being sent/received.
If you are having this same problem with your password, please contact Jenz or me via email or a post in the DAC Group on Facebook and we will set up a temporary password for you.
