Douglas Adams Continuum (DAC)

On February 11, 2011 so says tvshowsondvd.com. It's BBC packaged, which surprises me. Does that mean the BBC owns the film entirely?

The extras look awesome so that along with Paul McGann will be enough to get me to purchase the DVD of this otherwise mediocre production.
