Welcome, Robyn. Your avatar picture reminds me of me and my husband.... I always overfill the washing machine, and he gets testy...

I once had a repairwoman out who took one look at the washing machine and said to me (with a look as if I had committed infanticide): "someone has been overfilling this machine...."

I concur with Iain -- tell us more about you! A DNA fan in Texas -- wow! You probably NEED the foruum!

HI RR, welcome to the DAC where we are mostly harmless. Please venture out into other threads. Much foolishness happens in "Half-witted Crapuum."

Watch out for Iain, he is our conspiracy theorist. Tony is the Forum Innuendo, but everybody contributes in that way. And stay as far from Ken Socrates as possible. He's from Boston. 'Nuff said.

I like birds best so here's a cute robin:

It's actually a Regal but everyone assumes it's a Robin.

Do I need a Reliant? O.o

Now that I have a larger expanse of time to type in, I can actually say something about myself. Huzzah!

I do kind of need the DNA connection while here in Texas. I've got friends who love him almost but not really anywhere near as much as I do, but they're mostly in Scotland. My Austin people need explanations.

Right, so I'm a student at UT-Austin studying Anthroplogy, English, and Classics. When I'm not working, and often when I'm supposed to be, I fill my time with lots of all around geekery and marching band. Douglas is my numero uno in pretty much everything, but he is closely followed by Joss Whedon, Doctor Who, and the Barenaked Ladies.

There's a lot more to write, but I have band now and need to get my tuba.
^_^

I believe we have another Dallas/Austin DACcer in here. You may need to warm up your antennae to pick up his wavelength, but it will be worth it...

Also, hello Robyn. There are quite a few birds in this forum so you should fit in perfectly.
