Hey guys.
I love Douglas Adams to bits but for some reason only recently noticed your website... I get a huge kick when I meet someone and they make a reference to DA so you can imagine what meeting all you like-minded thinkers at once is like! Wow. So um yeah, a big hello to y'all.
Hope to see you around! :happy:

Hmm...Stef? Can I have the one on the left?

Welcome zz9! Good to have you on board.

You're going to need some transport, so perhaps this would be a start

Hi Zed, welcome to the DAC. Please jump in anywhere. We are very friendly and mostly harmless. Silliness is encouraged. But look out for Ken Socrates, he doesn't always take his meds.

Here's an owners manual for you;

I stayed at the same hotel as they did in Texas once! You'd think they could've afforded better ...

Don't tempt Joe to mess with perfection, zz. He's crazy, he'll try to do it and it might unleash devastation unto all that look upon it.

Yeah haha, i know that scratch knew that i would know that it is common knowledge that Chinese gooseberries are known to be called kiwifruit in New Zealand, but I take back my correction because I am not known to be a patriotic guy, and I think Chinese gooseberry sounds far more exciting. I also think that Tenzing Norgay was the first man to climb Mt. Everest, and Australians invented the Pavlova....

Anyway, I'm gonna try and stay online a little longer this time, and shall go exploring other parts of the forum, TTFN! :happy:

(hey Scratch, I like the Animal-hat thing, how much will it cost me?)

zz9, i think you´ll have fun in the half-witted crap section, it´s where most of the action is. and you´ll get a good impression of what we really are like ... *gasp!*
it´s also easy to participate in the movie and book section.
