Geoff McGivern is in the new BBC1 sitcom, Parents of the Band. Starring Jimmy Nail as Phil, an eighties one-hit wonder, who discovers his son has formed a band with his friends and takes it upon himself to promote the budding rock stars, but the other parents want their say as well. Geoff plays Kipper Hitchcock, Phil's ex-roadie.
