Vagahubby and I are taking vagababy to see these old guys tonight. It will be her second Clapton show at the ripe old age of 12.

Should be a great night. Sound's like Stevie's still got a great voice

Still one of my faves:

The title track was co-written by one Vivian Stanshall.

I would kill to see them! Blind Faith was one of the first records I gave a spin on my fancy new record player. No Ginger on tour?

No, Puff, no Ginger, just EC, Steve, bass, drums, and additional keyboards.

It was wonderful. The end of the show: "Voodoo Child," "Can't Find My Way Home," "Dear Mr. Fantasy." Encore was a lovely blues-shuffly "Crossroads." More in the morning, I am way tired.

I didn't know that Blind Faith were back on the block! Another experience I would've loved to share with you...

Look out for a new album from Stevie Windwood to commemorate his 60th birthday later this year. I hear it's going to be quite special.

The Clapton Crossroads (in Chicago) DVD finally made it to my Home theatre, the Stevie part of the show was fantastic.
