I'm just curious about this city.

Is it SimCity online? Will there be aliens coming from above nuking the fusion power plants? Will the inhabitants raise my statue as they once did when I managed to play SimCity2000 without being disturbed by the dragonlets. This occured in the back ages when there was only one PC in the family (386) and the OS was windows 3.11 or so....
