After consideration I think Scratch is right. Let's keep it low. I've done some promo on imdb and a few other forums. I guess the word will spread enough.

*EDIT* In fact, it is spreading like a plague on Livejournal, so let's not mention it anywhere at all from now on.

I've done h2g2.com, if that's what you mean by BBC. It's an article in the latest Post.

Sometimes I just can't believe our luck. We're all a modest bunch of no significance in the long run, and yet we manage to attract attention from our dead idols family and friends. Just stonking. Here's a song to illustrate my meaning. It's a bit boring but picks up in the end!

Would Stephen be happy to sign a few pictures next week?

I'm currently sat in the office of a photographic agency, who have got a few pictures of Fry taken at a couple of events (including the H2G2 premier)

The boss has no problem with me downloading some, printing copies off and sending them to Dukey for signing: if we worked out a way of paying for the return postage and Dukeys time, would be nice to have a caption box saying "Stephen Fry, 16th June 2006, Douglas Adams Continuum" or similar, and a space for his scribble

Good/bad/plain stupid idea?

Well, and there's the logistical problem of Dukey being in Sweden and Stephen being (I assume) in England.

And if not, you can always submit your questions/comments ahead of time and read the transcript afterward.

Arrrgghhhhh*thud*

Looks like the ' in my screen name needs to be escaped to stop breaking the SQL query.

Currently composing questions. Looking forward to tonight.

I think I've just submitted my question, concerning his appearance on House MD and his idea to abandon his Holmes-project.

Reboot? That usually works for me. Shut down entirely and start over (don't restart).

Race over to ALS's house? Try someone else's computer? We have 7 computers in our house, 6 of which can get online wirelessly. We have 3 people.
