me im not wearing any, thou i wear my shoes out to the point of not having any soles, it only takes 2-3 months then i start with a brand spanking new pair, so much more eficient than having a few pairs and switching them out, ive got a new pair waiting in my closet for my last pair to disinigrate. sneakers are the only way to go, no converse for me, thou a good pair of hikin boots are always nice, these mountains rocks realy twist the ankle,
