Difficult decision, I went with Tom Baker, but have to admit David Tennant is very good and Jon Pertwee comes a close third. The story with Pertwee where the doctor is stuck on a ship and events keep on happening over and over and again every day is I think my fav Dr Who Story, and not a Dalek in sight.

I went out of the box and voted for Troughton.

well, i have to say DT, haven´t i? but i think it´s a fair cop, not only because he´s the doctor i know best. having said that, the BF audio show Eight (Paul McGann) ranks very high on my personal list. pity he never got the chance to expand his doctor performance on screen.

I think it had to be Tom for me because of his humour! He always had that little twinkle in his eye, and even in the most serious and dire of circumstances, he had a cheeky grin! And of course, the best fuck*n scarf in the universe bar none! David Teninch would probably be my second favourite! He's got something as well! Patrick Troughton, although he was the Doctor of my childhood, had no humour whatsoever! But he would come in a close 4th after the rather snappily dressed John Pertwee.
