Ophelia,

she had this light, a light burning

from the inside of her soul.

This light was the heart

and very soul of Jazz.

Ophelia was the light of

the darkest night.

She possessed the wisdom of

eternity,

she had the courage of

youth,

and she was dressed in the glow of

love.

She was the heart and

very soul of Jazz.

Ophelia used to say that

‘Ellington is a gift, and

Coltrane a vision…’

Thanks very much, vagabond! It warms ye olde heart to read thine words...
Just working my way up towards the masterpiece. One day it'll come. Hopefully I'll get inspired when I get to Stratford-Upon-Avon in August. Who knows...
Peace
Skei (the metric one)

Strangely enough, the wife and I are compiling names for the girl to be. Ophelia is one that has made the top ten, though I suspect toward the bottom of the top 10.
