ah, i´m glad. at first i thought pterry was dissing rowling because everybody talks about her, not his books. but in fact it is a general criticism of the media and the small-minded public who doesn´t recognise fantasy literature for what it is. i ususally encounter the same phenomenon when i talk to people about comic books. "comics? oh yeah, i know. tintin, asterix and mickey mouse!"
