Right. And guess how she earned her promotion?

By learning how to take dictation?

She is very good at using my dictaphone.

Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Concert on ITV1, check it out and donate some money, if you can, towards his 46664 Foundation to fight the war on AIDS.

Although right now it's the Sugarbabes and they are just awful...

I enjoyed Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog more than I thought I would. It gives me hope for Joss Whedon's next project, Dollhouse. Also, it is my understanding that people outside the US cannot view Dr. Horrible, on account of it being hosted by Hulu or something. If that is true, than too bad for you guys.

It was that way for a little while, and then they fixed it so everyone could watch. Then the site crashed due to all the people watching it. But they've fixed it yet again. So everyone can go see it now. Woo!

Mannequin on Encore On Demand.

From 1987 with Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall. It's one of those movies that I love watching because it's so dumb.

Yeah, I like that one too.
Kim Cattrall when she was cute and sweet.

And I don't care if Grace Slick sold out, it's a great pop song

I've just finished watching the entire series of SOAP. Thirty years later and it's still as great as ever ... even without getting small first.

Just finished the last episode of Dexter - series 2. It's one of the best shows I've ever seen. Can't wait for the next series.

And now I'm watching Blue Man Group: How To Be A Megastar 2.0 on HDnet.

The performers and the musicians are the same ones I saw last November.

Was the show suitable for foreign tourists?

It was recorded in Texas but beyond that, there was nothing objectionable.

The last thing I watched on the TV was Pushing Daisies.

Holy wow. Did it move that fast last season? Either way, it's still extremely awesome, funny, and charming. And visually... just wow.

I love Pushing Daisies, it felt like they didn't miss a stride at all.

And the Happy Time Temp Agency from Dead Like Me!! It's all gonna tie together (if that happens, it'll be bizarre).

Speaking of Dead Like Me...

I feel sort of iffy about this.

But that last shot is just bloody amazing.

Ahhhhhh *sigh* Montreal memories...cops must be out at the corner of St. Cath's and de La Montagne waiting for the hockey rabble to stumble out of the game.

Here as well. Seems not just Detroit's motor companies have never left the 80's!

Well, not right now, but 8 tonight, h2g2 on channel 5! Despite all discussions about how the movie turned out, I for one like it a lot, and will see it. Perfect roundoff to a dinner at mom's place. But right now my daughter's here and we've had christmas luncheon, very tasty. And she's seeing this kids movie - Ronja Rövardotter - about a kid charging full speed through the forests in medieval times, her father being a Robin Hood kind of character, exciting stuff for the young ones.
