Douglas Adams Continuum (DAC)

Hi all.

I remember reading in wish you were here that adams only ever bought a particular brand of watch. I tried to find this same passge in the book, but came up wanting.

Hoping someone here would have a less colander like memory.

I seem to remember reading somewhere he wore a Ulysse-Nardin in later life but I'm not sure he only ever bought them.
He was wearing a Rolex Oyster at the Dirk Gently book signing I met him at in 1987 ( I was too but mine was a fake!)

Oh, whatever it was, he wore it on his right wrist (in common with many lefthanders).

Because the other wrist was occupied with that hideous and oversized native bracelet. Plus I seem to recall the watch had to be yellow, for some reason.
