Constantin Film, owner of the rights to the movie "Downfall", is trying to kill the popular video meme the movie spawned for copyright reasons.
The internet is Not Amused and responds with meta humor.

how stupid can people be? constantin, i mean. why waste perfectly free publicity?

having said that, whil i appreciate the meme and admire its many, many variations, it never did much for me, as obviously i understand the original dialogue - and trying to process the dubbed words at the same time considerably lessens any humoristic effect. but well done anyway guys.
